Originally STARMAKER Specialized in Reggae Dance Hall and or Reggae Stage Show Video productions as well as  Visual Media Production Services for the Video , Film and or Multimedia business professionals. Over the many years STARMAKER accumulated numerous video footage of various performing artist. Accompanying those footage has been the countless request STARMAKER has received to see and or 'buy a copy' from many person he had the pleasure to meet on his Visual journey.  In 2004 Phillip ALLEN (aka) STARMAKER , while surfing the www.net, came upon an article about the coming of a new technology promising TV on the net. Setting up  and launching an on-line IP TV station to promote  Reggae Stage Shows and Dance Hall Reggae became the new mission of STARMAKER.  As word spread of what STARMAKER was planning on doing, There was  a lot of positive  feedback from the Promoters, Producers, friends  and associates alike.
